O que foi atualizado foi apenas o valor de referência para venda dos seus créditos. Ou seja, o sócio que não for utilizar o total dos seus créditos ao longo da temporada, agora recebe 20% a mais pela venda dos seus créditos. Essa mudança se aplica também quando houver necessidade de compra de créditos extras. Para os sócios que usam 100% dos seus créditos, nada irá mudar.

Quando lançamos o Carnaúba Wind House, em 2023, definimos um valor de referência para os créditos e para as acomodações com base na realidade daquele momento.
Desde então, muita coisa mudou.
O Preá se valorizou, a procura pelo destino cresceu e o próprio clube evoluiu significativamente com a entrega de novas estruturas, serviços e experiências para os sócios.
Assim como acontece em qualquer mercado de hospedagem, o valor associado às acomodações também evoluiu ao longo desse período.
Por esse motivo, a partir de 01/Julho/2026 o valor de referência dos créditos dos sócios e as tarifas de hospedagem serão reajustados em 20%.
