CREDITS

Wind House was designed for the whole family to enjoy and feel at home. It’s not just a place to visit, but a retreat where members return year after year to enjoy days by the beach, play sports and spend time with friends.

Instead of receiving a fixed number of nights, each member receives an annual accommodation credit. This gives you the flexibility to decide how to use it each day: more nights in smaller suites, fewer nights in larger bungalows, depending on the dates and availability.

BUY A TITLE AND BECOME A CLUB MEMBER

The club offers two types of titles, MAR and VENTO, each with different amounts of credits and benefits.

RECEIVE YOUR ANNUAL ACCOMMODATION CREDITS

Credits are valid for one year, from June 1 to May 31, and reset to the full value of your title each year.

MAKE YOUR ACCOMMODATION RESERVATIONS

The club offers different types of accommodations, from 1 to 4 suites. Choose the bungalow type and dates that work best for you.

EACH STAY USES PART OF YOUR BALANCE

Daily rates vary depending on the time of year and accommodation type. For each stay, the accommodation cost in credits is deducted from your balance

As daily rates need to keep pace with the appreciation of the club and the destination, we created a mechanism that allows members’ credits to follow this evolution over the years.

In other words, based on the current reference values, members receive approximately 20% more in cash when selling their credit balance.

The Carnaúba Wind House model was designed so that credits keep pace with updated accommodation reference values, preserving their purchasing power for stays over time.
